2. What ZKCloud provides
ZKCloud is a cinematic ebook discovery publication and literary discovery publication. We publish editorial book pages of legally distributable texts, editorial notes, curated shelves, and reference metadata. We are not a file locker, torrent index, or paid ebook store.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ZKCloud only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to facilitate copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of modern paid works.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
- Scrape or harvest the library at scale without prior written permission.
- Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content through contact forms or email.
- Interfere with other readers’ ability to use the Site.
4. Public-domain texts and intellectual property
Reading texts on ZKCloud are believed to be in the public domain in the United States. Copyright status may differ by country. Literary works remain the intellectual property of authors and lawful heirs where applicable.
Original editorial content on ZKCloud — including reviews, summaries, layout, and branding — is owned by ZKCloud or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Book titles, author names, and cover images are used to identify works under principles of nominative fair use and editorial reference. Inclusion does not imply endorsement by rights holders.
5. Reading platform usage
book pages are provided for personal, non-commercial reading where permitted by law. You may not republish full chapter corpora, mirror the library for competing download services, or misrepresent ZKCloud as the author of underlying public-domain texts.
6. No professional advice
Editorial content is informational and literary in nature. Nothing on ZKCloud is medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Consult qualified professionals for matters requiring licensed expertise.

8. No download abuse
ZKCloud does not offer bulk downloads, automated ripping tools, or circumvention of paywalls for modern works. Optional references to external archives are editorial pointers, not invitations to piracy.

We may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads do not determine which books enter the catalog or how editorial copy is presented.
