Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels used by analytics or advertising partners.

2. How we use cookies

ZKCloud uses cookies sparingly:

3. Session and preference storage

We may store lightweight preferences locally (for example, navigation state or banner acknowledgment) so you do not see the same notice on every page. We do not use cookies to store full reading history for sale to third parties.

4. Google integrations

If advertising or analytics products from Google are enabled, Google may set cookies according to its policies. Learn more at Google’s cookie policy and how Google uses partner site data.

5. First-party vs third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by ZKCloud directly and typically support essential operation or anonymous performance measurement on our domain.

Third-party cookies may be set by analytics or advertising partners when their scripts load on our pages. Those partners have their own privacy policies. We configure integrations to minimize unnecessary data collection and review vendors periodically.

6. Cookie duration

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may remain for a defined period — often between a few days and thirteen months for analytics or advertising, depending on partner defaults. You can delete persistent cookies manually through browser settings at any time.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions vary by browser and version. Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality. To opt out of many personalized ads, visit aboutads.info/choices or Google’s Ads Settings.

8. Embedded content

Some pages may load embedded resources from trusted partners (for example, fonts or analytics scripts). Those resources may set their own cookies when loaded. We limit embeds to services that support our discovery experience and review them when privacy regulations evolve.

9. Do Not Track

There is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track signals. ZKCloud reviews privacy practices periodically and updates this policy when practices change.

10. Regional notices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other regions with cookie-consent laws may see additional notices where required. Those notices explain categories of cookies and your choices. Our goal is to collect only what is proportionate to operating a discovery library and measuring its health.

11. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy. The revision date appears above.
